Shaun Garza has worked with me at Convergys/Concentrix since 2015. He was rehired as a Team Leader and worked himself to be one of our Operations Managers. As his Human Resources Business Partner, I had the opportunity to work with him directly and observe his interactions with employees, clients, coworkers, and the leadership staff who have found him to have a pleasant and upbeat attitude. He had always brought a positive atmosphere and was always willing to participate in any team-oriented projects or any special assigned tasks that were given to him.

Shaun would go the extra mile to create special reports and presentations for leaders in the facility. He would always be willing to assist any department to share his knowledge and expertise in a subject matter that he was familiar with. Shaun always had a "can do" attitude and would always manage his time effectively to accomplish all assigned tasks and duties.  Throughout the years, I watched him develop himself and transition into a confident leader that would always strive for more. He was always on time and works with a sense of urgency. One of the greatest qualities that Shaun obtained is his positive attiude and communication style. He would always be open to feedback and would strive to make a positive work environment for all employees.
